Supplier Quality Engineer

Primary Function:

Lead and manage all aspects of Supplier Quality management for disposable and instrumentation products. Lead the Commodity Team process that drives improvement across the Supply Chain. Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and measurements. Manage and improve a Supplier Certification process that drives suppliers and Cytyc towards an inspection free system. Identify and implement process and product improvements, cycle time and cost reductions. Facilitate material problem resolution. Manage supplier compliance to quality requirements.
