The Supply Chain Senior Analyst has the following responsibilities:

? Support Oracle 11i and iProcurement strategic supply chain projects
? Participate in the creation of the project scope, objectives, approach, deliverables, and timelines
? Identify improvement opportunities with Oracle 11i and iProcurement modules
? Participate in cross functional troubleshooting and testing efforts
? Help develop the supply chain strategy and implementation plan that enables competitive advantage
? Liaison with IT groups to understand implementation issues and supply chain impacts
? Conduct detailed operational and financial analysis on supply chain related topics
? Develop and present status/results to executive management
? Help the organization look for new and creative ways to solve supply chain issues
? Conduct research on behalf of the project team

Specific duties include:
? Serving as a Liaison between users and IT Functional Analysts (Super Users)
? Quickly identify problems and provide recommended solutions, and/or suitable workarounds, to Purchasing and iProcurement related production problems
? Day to Day Oracle 11i and iProcurement application usage
? Requirements gathering and documentation
? User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and script development (SQL)
? Training Documentation and Training Delivery
? Executing internal process jobs
? Working error logs
? Reporting executive metrics & SLA?s
? Supporting Internal Audit requests


QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Qualifications:
? Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Industrial Engineering or Business
? 3 - 5 years related experience
? Oracle 11i ERP Experience
? Detailed oriented, analytical ability, and demonstrated good judgment
? Knowledgeable in Supply Chain processes and functions: logistics, warehousing, operations, purchasing, demand and supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management
? Knowledgeable in accounting, fixed assets, and inventory
? Extensive understanding of the procure to pay cycle
? Ability to understand the financial impact of production issues and requests for new functionality
? Knowledgeable in information systems
? Ability to understand and document user business requirements and translate these requirements to a Functional Design Document to be passed to IT Development for coding
? Ability to document testing scenarios, execute and document results
? Consistent desire to set and accomplish goals; strong work ethic
? Ability to handle and resolve to completion, complex system issues
