Supply Chain Implementation Analyst II

 

An opportunity exists for a confident, results-focused professional capable of supporting clients and project team members in all phases of our implementation lifecycle. The focus of this position is the development and support of client-specific configurations to the HighJump Supply Chain Management application suite. Specific responsibilities include:

 Business process analysis and design of supply chain management execution solutionsSolution development using HighJump's proprietary configuration toolsPreparation of solution documentation including, but not limited to, functional and technical specifications and test plansAbility to execute project phases and activities defined in HighJump's AIM methodologyInteraction with the customer project team for knowledge transfer and issue managementMentoring and training of technical resources on projects

 

Required Skills:2+ years of system development experience on an SQL-based applications package2+ years business process analysis and design experiencePrevious consulting experienceDemonstrated technical team leadership skillsSolid communication, interpersonal and group facilitation skillsProcess modeling capabilitiesWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) experienceKnowledge of database structure and designExposure to different technology architectures including mainframes, networks, communications or operating systemsAbility to travel for work at the client's site

 

Desired Skills:Supply Chain Management execution domain expertiseProject management experience Proficiency with Visio
