Supply Chain Manager

 

Employee Responsibilities:
Manage the branch supply chain from procurement of product to shipment of product to customers. 
Procurement of all branch inventories except items procured locally by branches
Establishing and tracking desired branch inventory levels to achieve consistent turns with target customer service levels
Develop and implement ?best practices? warehouse procedures
Ensure implementation of ?best practices? across all branches
Standardize warehouse productivity measurements, reporting and training
Maximize supply chain efficiencies
Manage people and/or processes involved in the warehouse and inventory functions. 
Plan for new warehouse facilities, equipment and systems including:
Evaluation of new technologies
Ensuring warehouse and inventory control procedures are in place
Ensure accuracy of inventory
Prevent inventory shrinkage or overage
Other related responsibilities as assigned. 

 

Required:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline or professional experience equivalent
10 years of related supply chain management experience including warehouse operations
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is desired as well as SAP/Trend knowledge.
