Supply Chain Scheduler Planner

Behr Process Corporation, industry leader in Architectural Coatings currently seeks a qualified Supply Chain Planner for its McDonough facility. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position will be primarily responsible for Production Schedule Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) in a SAP environment.

The following responsibilities include but not limited to:

P.O. placement, maintenance, & expediting as required by MRP.

Review inventory levels versus sales projections to develop and maintain production schedules to ensure service level targets are achieved.

Work with plant to optimize equipment capacity and plant efficiencies.

Maintain and purchase packaging items as per MRP requirements and established min/max levels

Responsible for inventory levels at multiple DC?s

Facilitate transfers from DC?s as required.

Job Qualifications include:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain departmental relationships.

Computer literate in MS Office, Lotus Notes and SAP knowledge.

APICS Certification is a plus

Highly motivated individual who works well under pressure and is multitask oriented.

Bachelors degree or equivalent education with progressive experience in related field.
