Position purpose is to manage all sourcing activities associated with a set of specific products, commodities, and/or components. Creating and implementing sourcing strategies that provide a competitive advantage is key to success in the position. The outcome of implementing the sourcing strategies will be a supply base for the product / commodity set that is world class in the industry in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years experience with Supply Management

Additional Requirements
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to travel approximately 20%

5 years professional (post college) experience including 2 years in Engineering or Operations
Negotiating experience
MBA
Project/Program Management experience
Familiarity with Commercial Truck/Bus/Diesel Engine Products and Marketplace
Knowledge of Mfg. Processes (i.e. stamping, casting, molding, etc.)
Knowledge of key elements associated with creation / administration of Contracts
Ability to analyze Product Costs and understand underlying cost drivers
Ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to individuals and groups
Experience in creating, leading and driving Teams
