Truck Brokerage Dispatcher

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Daily dispatch to OTR carriers. Daily communication with customers.  Tracing in transit loads. Setting delivery appointments. Handling billing/receiveables.Build customer and carrier base.

Requirements or Qualifications:Basic computer skills; Working knowledge of Windows operating system, MS Excel, MS Word, email, internet browsing and general computer skills are required.Teachable and eager to learn.Able to handle stressful situations.Good personal organizational skills.Strong keybopard skills.Able to take instructions and follow through indepently.Competent at multi-tasking.Honesty and Integrity.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Associate's Degree plus five years relates experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. On hand experience in transportation field. 

Physical Requirements:

Continual repetitive physical activity, may include handling light/average weight objects. Almost constant standing/sitting counter work or significant moving around; includes continual sitting at a computer or other business machine requiring repetitive motion.
