Vendor Programs Administrator

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for ongoing business support of the Vendor Collaboration Portal applications, providing support to vendors and internal corporate users.

-Serve as the vendor point of contact for establishing system administrator accounts, explaining functionality, account maintenance and general questions about the site.

-Maintain internal support information as directed by Manager.

-Assist in the development of business processes and procedures for internal and external portal users.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor?s degree in Business with a minimum of 2-5 years experience in Business and/or Retail.

-Proficiency in the use of PC software tools (Word, Excel and Access) and the Web.

-Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job.

-Effective Communication Skills (both verbal and written)

-Strong Analytical Skills

-Excellent Customer Service Skills
