Warehouse-Invoicer

Wireless Channels, the largest Sprint/Nextel wholesaler in the nation is looking for an Invoicer in our Warehouse.

Description:
Assist the warehouse manager by researching inventory discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, monitor consumable supplies, and invoice orders for shipping.

Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to, warehouse logistics such as receiving and inspection of all incoming products and parts; product stocking; printing packing lists and pulling product to fulfill sales order; packing; Quality Control, shipping; data entry; cycle and physical counting of inventory; customer and vendor returns and other miscellaneous warehouse duties. Other duties may include executing pricing strategies, ordering supplies and maintaining the physical facilities. The estimated division of labor is expected to be 30% administrative and 70% light warehouse duties.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Warehouse experience
- Prior data entry experience in a Service environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong PC Skills
- Accurate with strong attention to details
- Quick learner
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit and do computer work for at least 3-4 hours.
