ACCOUNT MANAGER

Account Executives contribute to Broadwing’s position as the premier communications solutions provider to the enterprise/corporate market.  The Broadwing Account Executive position is responsible for selling Broadwing services on a national basis by strategizing to gain significant business with new and existing customers. Account Executives must identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new communications sales opportunities in the enterprise market segment in order to meet and exceed specified quotas.  At Broadwing, you will be a part of a winning team that provides a world-class customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

? Identify new sales opportunities in designated target market. 

? Propose and negotiate solutions to secure new sales for the Broadwing Enterprise Sales organization. 

? Develop and manage client relationships for assigned accounts in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers in order to win additional business and to keep the competition at bay. 

? Team with technical, engineering, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth from satisfied customers.
