Administration Services Consultant

Synectics has an opening in Hoffman Estates, IL. An Administration Services Consultant is needed to support the team in the temporary worker acquisition process. Job tasks will include creating and maintaining work orders and work order modifications and other documents used in the acquisition process. This consultant will also maintain files for contractors and preferred vendors, prepare and distribute team performance surveys to hiring managers, and complete special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications for this position include the following:

- Excellent attendance, self starter and assignment focus is a must

- Expert level experience is required with being Detail Oriented and Dependable

- Expert level experience is required with maintaining Sensitivity to Confidential Documents and Professional Demeanor

- Intermediate level experience is required with MS Word, MS Excel and PC/Internet Skills

- Intermediate level experience is desired with Human Resources and Staffing, Telecommunications Industry and Customer Service.
