Recognizes problems before they occur.Organizes and conducts meetings and represents the department in cross functional teams. Provides backup for co-workers.
1.Analyze tariffs, contracts and pricing proposals for off-net facilities from local access providers and interexchange carriers (IXCs).

2.Perform least cost analyses of various off-net network configurations and local serving options to minimize line costs.

3.Examing vendor products and term and volume discount plans, analyze growth, and develope recommendations for submission to management.

4.Facilitate expense reduction of existing off-net facilities through identification and submission of local and IXC grooms.

5.Audit vendor invoices to verify accurate billing. Identify billing disputes to Telco Cost for resolution.
