Associate Product Manager

New Global Telecom in Golden, Colorado has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Associate Product Manager.  NGT is a leader in the VoIP Wholesale market and is strengthening it's Product team with an Associate Product Manager.  This person will be responsible for supporting NGT?s Product Managers.  The objective of this position is to define, develop, and launch profitable products into quantified, addressable markets that have well-defined needs.

 

? Assist Product Managers in identifying and prioritizing consumer and Service Provider needs and interests.
? Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
? Develop business cases, market segmentations and product positioning for emerging offerings or ones that need changing/upgrading.
? Analyze consumer usage and business metrics; optimize to meet/exceed goals
? Monitor Dashboard and tracking systems to ensure all systems are performing at optimum level.
? Work closely with Marketing to promote offerings and optimize response/ROI on marketing initiatives.
? Articulate consumer and client value proposition to conceptualize marketing and sales creative and collateral.
? Team closely with cross-functional groups to scope projects, support development, optimize products and define product roadmaps.
? Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve the user experience.

 

Minimum Knowledge and Skills (Including required minimum education and experience):Bachelor?s Degree2+ years of traditional/VoIP service experience2+ year?s product/project management experience in telecommunicationsStrong marketing and business senseSelf-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.Effective in cross-functional team environment. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong project management skillsMicrosoft Office proficient.

 

Desirable Knowledge and Skills (Including preferred education and experience):

Familiarity with BroadSoft, VoIP 911, and LNP processes are a plus.
