Business Analyst

This person will be responsible for the generation and analysis of key performance indicators as it pertains to field operations and logistics.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

 

? Assist the Sr. Manager of Logistics and Analytics in generating daily/weekly/monthly reports revolving around key business metrics.

? Facilitate on going contact and communication with all markets to drive better understanding of the key business drivers.

? Maintain excellent relationship and act as a liaison between Ironwood and DirecTV from a reporting standpoint.

? Responsible for analyzing, documenting and reporting changes and make recommendations for improvement.

? Assist the VP of Operations and Regional Directors in assessing field performance.

? Monitor tech and site productivity daily.

? Special projects.

 


Education and Experience Requirements:

 

? 1-3 years minimum related experience

? Bachelor?s degree, preferably in business

? Advanced PC skills, specifically in Excel and Access

? Excellent analytical and written skills

? Strong communication skills

? Strong work ethic, team player

? Self-motivated

? Industry Knowledge is a plus but not required

? Negative pre-employment drug test

? Criminal and MVR backgrounds meet company hiring criteria
