CCNA Engineer

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for a Certified CCNA Contract Engineer who  will resolve customer issues on their WAN as well as perform carrier coordination, coordinate equipment returns, etc. The candidate will also troubleshoot network equipment, primarily Cisco routers. Contractor must be proficient in routing and switching and ideally have IPT and Wireless experience. This is a 24x7x365 NOC environment with a very high likelihood of weekend, overnight and/or swing shift work. CCNA Certification is required. Current Cisco router experience as well as configuration experience is required. Contractor must be able to work in a fast pace environment; with the ability to work on multiple issues at the same time. Call Center experience a plus.

This is a contract position that could last up to 18 months.There are no benefits. Certification is required.
