CNA Integration Specialist

Description:
As a CNA Integration Specialist in the Assured Networks Group, you will be
responsible for providing R&D support for the integration of Converged
Network Analyzer (CNA) into customer environments.

A primary aspect of this position is to serve as escalation resource for the
Avaya Sales, Avaya Services, Avaya Support teams, and appropriate channel
partners, to ensure that CNA integration and deployment projects are appropriately
scoped, address necessary technical concerns, and meet customer expectations
for operational effectiveness and technical excellence.

A secondary aspect of this position is to provide leadership and innovation
in the development and distribution of technical and procedural knowledge
resources that increase the skills, capabilities and effectiveness of the
above-mentioned teams.

In addition, your practical insight and experience with the application of
the technology will provide direct feedback to the ongoing product development cycle: recommendations, and priortization, of feature requests, bug fixes,
documentation, and related processes are an important part of your direct
involvement with the CNA development team. You will collaborate with other
members of the R&D team to help determine and prioritize enhancements for
the product, specifically advocating for customer concerns, problems.

You will provide suggestions and enhacements to CNA product documentation,
training materials, and overall system design tools/recommendations.

Qualifications:
You will need significant background in networking concepts and technology, including:
- detailed, practical understanding of switching and routing
- network security and routing policy, and policy implementation

Strong communication skills are required: verbal, written, presentation;
technical and consultative communications are all needed at a highly
professional level.

You will be required to periodically travel to company and customer sites to
assist with a deployment, integration, of CNA projects.
