Central Office Supervisor

Our Mankato, Minnesota office is seeking a strong leader for our Central Office department who has experience with and flourishes on guiding others to succeed. Responsibilities will include supervising installation, maintenance, repair, and all other activities performed by Central Office Technicians.  Position will also be responsible for COE trouble index and department operations budget as well as the review of hardware installation and testing procedures.  The qualified candidate will have a 4-year technical degree or the equivalent in experience, 6 years telephony experience, including 5 years in switching, and 3 years supervisory experience.  Candidates should be computer proficient and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. HickoryTech works with a Nortel DMS switch and succession equipment, IP Centrex products, Paradyne, Lucent, and Telabs DSLAM. Hands-on experience and working knowledge of these products would be favored.
