Change Control Analyst (contract to hire)

We are currently seeking to identify a Change Control/Document Control Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the impact that changes have on product documentation and data processes and systems. THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 Analyze and process Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturing Change Orders, Engineering Change Requests, Stop Orders and Temporary Deviations related to components, firmware, software, specification control drawings, quality system documentation, and product documentation in accordance with configuration management practices and procedures.Verify that proposed changes conform to configuration management interchangeability rules.Verify integrity/accuracy of data between Agile to ROI.Generate and monitor implementation plans for all applicable change activity.Ensure product structure is consistent with current practices.Participate proactively to propose solutions for process improvement.Works on special projects and reports as required.

 

Requirements for this position include:

 Bachelor degree preferable in a field related to component engineering, manufacturing engineering, or configuration management or equivalent work experience.Requires minimum 5 years experience in the area of component engineering, configuration management, document control specialist, or a position related to project management in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience with Agile preferred.
