Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 Identification, qualification and recruitment of specific, targeted Channel Partner candidates including leveraging existing relationshipsManagement of all contract negotiations and monitoring of compliance of terms and conditions of the contract and the published requirements of the Voxpath Business Partner ProgramManagement of Sr Executive level relationships with the Partner as well as coordination of relationships with peer Voxpath executivesMeet or exceed sales goalsAssist with positioning the offering in conjuction with Partner?s existing product portfolio of products and servicesParticipate with Voxpath personnel in delivery of sales and technical training modules, order entry and provisioning training, portal training, application/solution selling and customer promotions and seminar materials Present Voxpath propositions to business owners ? value proposition, service offering, service demonstration, TCO models and pricing toolsEscalation point for all headquarters issues such as commissions discrepancies, channel conflict and customer service issuesCoordination of overall sales management for the Channel Partners including integrated funnel management Development and management of a high level Voxpath Marketing Plan for each Channel Partner including the following:

? Sales plan describing partner revenue goals and a plan to reach those goals

? Marketing plan outlining programs, events, incentives and special product offerings specific to the partner

? Product plan which describes the current breadth of Voxpath products, strategies for growing that business

? Education plan to provide the training necessary to meet the partner?s goals and grow his business based on the sales, marketing and product plansManage web site/logo usageManagement of all Channel Partner On-boarding requirementsDissemination of all Voxpath communications and announcements Monitoring of back office procedures and processes to ensure that order entry is compliant with Voxpath guidelines ? including the creation of any one-off, specific processesAssist Channel Partner with development of sales and sales management compensation plan for the Voxpath offeringEnd user lead generation as well as partner lead dissemination

 

 

Requirements:BS or equivalent experience along with 7+years channel sales experience with service provide, channel partner or VAR Solution selling experience highly desirable Prior Voice over IP experience is highly desirable with history of selling hosting PBX services Self motivator, extreme level of enthusiasmStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills A Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills Deep knowledge of Internet/IP, LAN and WAN solutions Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotasAbility to generate solutions to meet customer needs  and influence or persuade the opinions of others in a desired direction Develop and account and sales plans
