CustomCall Data Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Client Support Representative. This position may lead to a career in Sales, Marketing, Product Design, Systems Design, Operations, or Management.

Responsibilities include:Supporting clients in the use of proprietary software applications Assisting clients during service bureau billing process Training client personnel in use of software products and the billing process Responding to client inquiries and requests Testing new product releases Communicating client requests to programming and operations employees Providing design input for development of software applications Initiating data transfers utilizing Internet and FTP sites Coordinating with clients' vendors to ensure data timeliness and quality

Requirements include:Bachelor?s degree 2 to 5 years of telecommunications or client support experienceExcellent written and verbal communications skillsA good technical background in PC applications including Word, Excel, e-mail, and file management software.
