Construction Manager

This position will be responsible for wireless cell site construction design, contract and bid generation and approval, materials ordering, ordering and placement of utilities, and overall coordination of construction activities in eastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Position will also ensure that cell sites are built to appropriate quality control with respect to company specifications and schedules; and will require inventory management responsibilities as well as fixed asset review, reporting and reconciliation.

 

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills inclusive of personal computer skills, project management skills, the ability to effectively manage change, the ability to work in a fast paced work environment, the ability to travel, and a valid driver's license. Job will require periodic night and weekend work hours. Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry a plus.
