Customer Account Representative

Description:
TERM full-time Customer Account Representative positions in Brandon, FL.

Starting salary,$13.19/hr with increases.

The responsibilities for the Customer Account Rep include:

Contact and sell products/services/renewals to a selected group of accounts or an assigned territory via telephone.
May take inbound and/or make outbound calls to customers.
Close the sale on assigned products.
Responsible for billing.
Collections and disputes.
Must meet sales quotas.

This is a union represented position with no relocation funds provided. Testing will take place in Brandon, FL.

Qualifications:
SS Qualify on basic aptitude test and customer contact simulation.
SS Candidates must have the following background:
SS Previous experience in a call receipt or customer service environment.
SS The ability to work in a fast paced environment with multi tasking capabilities.
SS Must be able to work confined to a desk wearing a headset for extended periods of time.
SS Must be available to work eight-hour day Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
SS Excellent customer service skills
SS Excellent verbal and written communication
SS Must have PC skills and familiar with Windows-based environment.

Salary/Benefits: > $25,000
