1-NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR

 

Synergy Solutions is a Provider of Outbound Marketing and Inbound Customer Service for Fortune 1000 Clients and is Hiring:

 

 ? Customer Contact Representatives to work Day Shift 9:00 AM-5:15 PM and Night Shift 5:30 PM-11:30 PM and every other Saturday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM positions for both Inbound and Outbound Sales and Customer Service.

 

Customer Contact Representatives are responsible for Making Outbound Calls; Sales, Surveys, Lead Generation, etc and or Accepting Inbound Calls to and from Residences and Businesses on behalf of Clients as instructed by Synergy Solutions.

 ? Quality Coach to work Full Time Night Shift Hours 5:30PM-11:30 PM, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

 

Quality Coaches are responsible for monitoring a team of associates to ensure adherence to all client and company specific guidelines. QC provide positive and constructive feedback; Working one on one with Customer Contact Representative to assist with Selling Skills, Coaching and Developing team members; Administering and Conducting Monitor Sessions.

 

 ? Supervisor to work Night Shift Hours 3:00 PM-12:00 PM.

 

Supervisor are responsible for leading a team of 20 associates. Monitor and Ensuring adherence to company and client specific quality assurance, and scripting guidelines. Meeting performance and quality goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Must successfully coach and develop Customer Contact Representatives to improve selling skills; Enforce company policies, regulations and administer corrective action documentation and counseling.

 

Candidates must posses Professionalism, Excellent Communication and Listening Skills, Computer Skills and a Great Work Ethic.
