Customer Service Support Consultants

Synectics has an opening in Rochester, NY. Customer Service Support Consultants are needed to join the Sales Quality Assurance Department. The consultants will perform quality reviews of all documents within the contract package, assuring that there are no alterations and/or missing pages of the contract, master agreement, and or the custom quote letter; initiate action to correct jeopardies as necessary; and maintain responsibility for effective communications with the Sales Channel and/or Customer. The consultants will interact with internal and external customers via telephone, in person and via email to obtain applicable information in order to proceed with the evaluation and data entry of the contractual paperwork. These consultants will be responsible for data entry of all customer information, product service, and pricing per the contract paperwork as well as maintaining order interval within 24 ? 48 hours adhering to the Sarbanes-Oxley rules and guidelines.

 

Qualifications for these positions include the following:

- Intermediate level experience is required with MS Word, MS Outlook and Windows NT

- The consultants must have strong communication skills, excellent writing skills and attention to details

- Intermediate level experience is desired with MS Excel
