ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot hosting issues (connectivity, configuration, email) and other related technical problems within ISP support operations. Support Dialup and DSL services, maintain and modify user accounts and track tickets through the internal CRM tool.

Customer Service, Data Entry, General Office, MS Excel, MS Word, Order Desk, Spreadsheets, Windows 9x, 2000 & XP and Word Processing

Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence regarding questions, concerns, or problems they may have.

Talks with customers by phone or in person and receive orders for installation, discontinuance, or change in service.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
HS diploma or equivalent, one to two years related experience and/or training. Telecommunications experience strongly preferred.
