Primary Objective of Position:
To provide Tier 2 technical support for the installation, maintenance and support of enterprise and call center communications systems/applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under supervision, receive, document, troubleshoot and process service request calls from customers or distributors in an ACD environment.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree or 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education or experience
? Understanding of IP networking, knowledge of routers, Ethernet switches, hubs and firewalls
? Knowledge of IP routing (general IP/routing, DHCP, TFTP, FTP, XML, HTTP)
? Experience in general troubleshooting/debugging
? Background in using IP sniffers (ethereal)
? Knowledge of ISDN/T1, VoIP/SIP, MGCP and/or Linux/Unix
? CCNA certification highly desirable
