Design Verification Test Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate design verification testing for DSLAM products.  Work closely with design engineers to develop and automate test procedures.  Develop and maintain a documentation system for recording test results.  Interface with Product Qualification department.   

 

Requirements:

3 plus years of design test or product qualification test experience.  Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills and must be proficient with test automation tools.  Knowledge of IP, traffic policing  and shaping, video/voice over IP, and ethernet switching is required.  Knowledge of fiber optic delivery systems, ADSL, ADSL2+, and VDSL is preferred.  Knowledge of SNMP is preferred. 

 

Desired Education: 

BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering Required
