Major Responsibilities:
Support and development Informatica Power Center
Provide Production support based on the SLA Amdocs is committed to the customer for Severity 1 issues the support is immediate 24*7
Troubleshoot production tickets mainly in the area of ETL
Focus on analyzing & resolving discrepancies
Analyzing Data & Feeds
As part of on going maintenance releases: develop, Unit Test & Support fixes in the area of power center
Responsible for developing & delivering production fixes (DB scripts & Unix Shell scripts) according to the customer procedures.
Responsible to identify performance issues and provide recommendations & resolutions for those issues Qualifications:
Self motivated
Great Communication skills.
Fast learner and able to adapt to complex environment
Team player
Ability to work independently to execute tasks without direction
Innovative
Experience in Informatica Power Center 6.2 & 7.1.X
Java experience is a plus
Knowledgeable with PL/SQL
Experienced in SQL
Previous knowledge of Amdocs AMSS is a plus
Proven experience in developing Shell scripts on Sun Solaris.
Knowledge of the telecommunication billing world.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in relevant field
