This leader is responsible for functioning as a key operational/financial management resource for the Prince Georges/Montgomery Market. Primary roles and areas of responsibility would include Warehouse, Collections, Fleet and Facility, Payment Centers and Field Audit management. The position will be based in Silver Spring, MD.


Ensure the competence and continuity of qualified and execution-oriented staff through the implementation of processes that will help in the selection, training & development, appraisal and motivation of staff (incl. front line employees).

Ensure that proper internal controls are maintained in the warehouse. Oversees warehouse activities to ensure materials and Customer Premise Equipment are procured and provided to operations efficiently.

Ensure that proper cash controls are maintained at the front counter. Work with the Marketing department to successfully implement sales programs.

Manage the collections and non pay disconnect process to ensure that the market has an effective equipment retrieval process as well as a payment collection process.

Ensure effective and efficient service passing audits are achieved through adequate policies and procedures.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes "Think Customer First".

Support system business operations to ensure system and company financial and operational processes and goals are achieved.

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a CPA or MBA; a combination of education and application experience accepted in lieu of advanced degree.

EXPERIENCE:
7-9 years of cable system or similar experience in operations and financial related areas
Extensive excel knowledge to prepare complex analyses, financial statements, forecasts, budgets and other financial reports.
Knowledge of CSG and DST (Cable Data and Comtrac) billing systems preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
