Direct Mail Coordinator II - Marketing

Job Summary:
Assists in the effective implementation of direct marketing goals and programs supporting the following areas: database maintenance, direct mail marketing, casino events, casino promotions, and casino entertainment. Assists in enhancing the growth of gaming revenue through the development of our customer base, maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our product effectively to ensure acquisition, retention and reactivation. Responsible for correct offer setup in the offers system along with setup of all supporting programs, such as LMS and EMS.

Qualifications:
?Minimum 1 year experience in database/direct mail or marketing related field.
?High school diploma or equivalent required.
?Proficiency in Excel, Access and other PC skills a must.
?Must be able to type 30 WPM.
?Must possess excellent customer service skills.
?Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
?Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
?Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
?Must present a well- groomed appearance.
?Excellent time management skills.
?Ability to deal with sensitive data is essential.

Essential Job Functions:
?Counts, sorts and enters promotional name acquisition into local Casino Management System.
?Assists in the creation and generation of promotional reports.
?Works closely with DM supervisor and agency on proofing DM pieces
?Attends weekly creative meetings with agency and daily status meetings with DM team
?Assists in responding to E-cares and guest calls in a timely manner at the direction of the DM supervisor
?Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.
?Scanning, organizing, storing of coupons and offers
?Template setup for EMS and LMS
?Offer setup
?Assist in communication for DM including maintenance of shared spreadsheets, interdepartmental information and the like.
?Execute Corporate Data Requests including NXP/RXP/Group Block Data requests
?Conduct weekly update meetings with National Sales Manager on Group Block Projects
?Works closely with DM supervisor and revenue manager on rate calendars, exclusion dates, and template changes
?Works closely with DM supervisor and agency on updates for mail-drop spreadsheet.
?Works closely with DM supervisor to ensure all DM drop dates are met.


Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
?Must be able to maneuver in and around various user departments.
?Must have good hearing for answering and placing phone calls and using voice-activated beepers.
?Good far and near vision (with correction), with good color and depth to determine and solve computer system and peripheral problems.
?Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, twist, balance and have the manual dexterity to operate computers.
?Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds.
?Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
