Director Inside Sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Market existing clients and analyze their current applications and requirements for the purpose of selling additive solutions. Analyze product applications with these existing customers to help understand target approach for similar solutions with like business prospects.Contact new IOC/Utility/appropriate Vertical business accounts; analyze business applications and requirements for the purpose of selling solutions in support of the outside sales teams.  Effectively communicate information and benefits related to product features, use and implementation considerationsRespond to leads from all sources.Review tradeshow pre-registration lists to proactively market solutions and products prior to show attendance.As a team player, you will assist in all levels of sales administration including the CRM/SFA functionThrough growth, potential to build an inside sales organizationCollaboratively focus ?Maintenance Agreements? with the Direct Sales force

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Requires four year degreeHighly motivated individual  8-10 years industry experience; prefer 4+ years demonstrated success in an Inside Sales role  (telecom industry)Excellent communication skills both written and oralMust have outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills (experience in customer service or technical support also viewed as a positive)Proven ability to work as part of a team and independentlyPreference to be located in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metro, TX or San Francisco Bay Area, CA
