Dispatch Manager

<P><B>The Position</B><BR>The Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing the nation-wide scheduling and dispatch functions for installation and repair services in a call center environment. Supervises, schedules, coaches, and develops hourly dispatch employees. Responds to customer escalations and expedites to meet service level agreements and installation intervals. Analyzes call statistics and cycle times. Standardizes and documents key dispatch practices. Partners with internal organizations and Authorized Installation Contractors to meet performance and quality objectives. <P><B>What You’ll Need</B><BR><LI>Minimum of 3 years?leadership success in a supervisory role <LI>Minimum of 3 years experience in dispatching.<LI>Strong communication and inter-personal skills <LI>Ability to manage multiple tasks and workload with minimal direct supervision in a very fast-paced, customer-centric environment <LI>Strong analytical skills <LI>Strong experience with MS Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems <LI>Personal accountability and unrelenting commitment to team success <P></P><B>Additional Beneficial Skills:</B> <P></P><LI>Supervisory experience in an inbound telecom call-center <LI>Fundamental telecom product and service knowledge or demonstrated technical aptitude <LI>Six Sigma / Lean Thinking background </LI>
