Executive Assistant to a Senior VP!

Very Large Engineering Company is hiring immediately!

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of industry experience and have a proven track record of performance. You should have experience in supporting busy executives, with excellent multi tasking and time management skills. Responsibilities include: Meeting & greeting clients, data entry, answering the phones, sorting mail and making travel arrangements. Also have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.

Salary/Pay Rate: up to 55 k
