Major Responsibilities: Resolves complex escalated customer issues referred through Sprint Nextel executives and senior management. - Performs required research and follows up to provide resolution to customers and various Sprint Nextel contacts. - Builds and maintains strong partnering relationships within Sprint Nextel to resolve customer issues. - Negotiates with different levels of responsibility and authority within various types of companies to resolve escalations to the customers? satisfaction.- Resolves highly complex escalated customer issues referred from the NHQ field organization, or customer care. - Interacts with head of care center and senior market management & Customer Finance Ops.- Serves as analyst or project manager for overall care center quality initiatives. - Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): - 4 year college degree preferred - Proficiency with TRIS, Vantive, Ensemble, preferred- Required Microsoft Office Suite- Superior written and verbal communication skills.- Proven Negotiation and conflict management skills.- Experience in dealing with executive escalations preferred- Ability to work overtime, as needed.
