Intelex, Inc., located in Carmel, IN, provides comprehensive technology rollouts for multi-location businesses.  Specializing in the rapid deployment of voice and data telecommunications network infrastructures, our large national customers make just one call and trust us with the rest.  With 21 years of innovative ideas and dedicated service, we continue to achieve 20% annual growth and have strategic plans in place to build upon this success. THE OPPORTUNITY Intelex has two positions available IMMEDIATELY in the Central and South Florida area.  As a Field Manger, you will manage day-to-day activities in the field in your area.  The Field Manager acts as our in-field presence handling a multitude of tasks.The Field Manager will help manage Technician discipline/development, ensuring that Technicians are carrying the proper tools, ensuring that Technicians are performing duties requested, managing sub contractor installations, improving morale, and keeping everyone focused on their responsibilities.   As a Field Manager you will assure that all facets of project specified field operations are executed safely, performed to industry standards and in the prescribed amount of time. Key Success Factors* Effectively handle multiple installations and tasks associated with installations including paperwork, technician and subcontractor management and working with the Project Manager to ensure project success.* Ability to perform voice and data cabling installations side-by-side with technicians if needed.* Ability to test and use customer equipment such as cash registers, peripherals and computers to ensure proper function.* Ability to travel within state. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years voice and data cabling technician experience (preferably in the telecommunications, point of sale, or structured wiring industry).  Management experience preferred.Must have strong technical skills and ability to connect with office.Must also have a valid motor vehicle operator's license. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Along with a market competitive wage, Intelex, Inc. also offers medical, dental, vision, long and short term disability and life insurance.  Also paid time off, 401(k) with a company match, and flexible spending accounts. To apply, please submit your resume to the Recruiting Manager at hr@ntlx.com or fax to 317-816-6906. EOE
