MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Work Locations may be in Stockton, Modesto, Tracy and Sonora based on business need.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physically able to perform installation/service tasks, such as buries underground cable, staples cable on the side of a home, and crawls in attics and under homes.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. Safely.
Ability to sit 10% of the time, with 10% spent in the driving mode, 20% in the standing, walking and stooping mode, and 60% spent in manual labor activities including, but not limited to: climbing poles. Kneeling, digging, carrying a 28' ladder, etc.
Ability to work in all weather conditions. . Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is required. . Ability to work mandatory overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

Must be a team player

Good communication skills (both oral and written)

Good organizational skills

Good sales skills (i.e. knowledge of products and services and the ability to communicate with customers about up-grading their services)

Legible writing skills

Flexibility in scheduling required.

Operation of hand tools (hammer/screwdriver/ wrenches), power tools (electric drill), ladders

VCR's, televisions, stereo receiver, games, and closed caption equipment.

Demonstrates use of signal strength meter, VOM, signal leakage detector, and line toner.
.Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is required. . Ability to work mandatory overtime when necessary.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license and preferably a clean driving record required.

Required to complete pole climbing school (minimum of 24 hours).

EXPERIENCE:

Prior installation, or home construction experience required.

Electronic background or combination of education and experience.
. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
