Field Service Technician ? Kansas City Area

We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. This position involves day-to-day support of our client in a medical equipment environment and requires a minimum of 1-3 years experience in technical support. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of networking to include cabling, equipment installation, network setup and troubleshooting.

Candidate must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) and be a problem solver. Must be detail-oriented while able to see the big-picture. Candidate should have a high energy level and be able to multi-task. Must possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Should be able to work with little supervision, but enjoy working as part of a team.

Some travel required. Must have own vehicle and laptop computer. Vehicle allowance and cell phone provided. Position requires professional appearance and business casual dress code.
