SUMMARY Installs, tests, repairs and maintains communication equipment and all support equipment internally and externally to the central office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle Installation of customer equipment and facilities according to manufacturer plans and or engineering drawings

Assists NOC personnel in daily customer trouble reports analyzing and problem resolution associated with lines, trunks, ports, stations, data and customer primus equipment.

Assists in daily DACS Facility analysis and problem resolution associated with network and customer facilities.

Assists all departments with installation, testing and turn up of customers.

Review and perform operations duties associated with trouble tickets and outages and with service order activity.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of 3 years working experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a valid Drivers License We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
