HUB & VIDEO HEAD-END OPERATIONS MANAGER
HUB AND VIDEO HEAD-END OPERATIONS MANAGER responsible for managing day to day operations and expansion/change associated with the video head-end and hub sites. Responsibilities include:
? Hands on management of master Video Head-end Operations and Maintenance including analog and digital head-end, master antenna and dish farm, HDTV capability, emergency alert system, on-demand video servers
? Manage the installation of all related video head-end components and help establish test and accept plans to assure quality performance
? Provide 3rd tier maintenance support as required
? Hands on management of Hub Operations including off-air broadcast antenna towers, town video hub site components, hub power systems, stand-by generator configuration and automatic transfer switching system, inverters & rectifiers, hub peripheral systems (equipment bays and cable racks, fire suppression system, alarm monitoring system, HVAC) and hub site real estate maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? At least eight (8) years of video head-end operations or engineering experience required, with a demonstrable track record of achievement
? Proven inside plant operations knowledge
? Naturally model respect for others by listening well, encouraging others, and promptly returning phone calls/e-mails
? Excellent follow up and follow through skills
? Ability to keep commitments to customers, suppliers, and other team members
