About the Opportunity


We seek an experienced board-level developer of complex digital circuits for this temporary, contract position.  In this position, you will work as part of a small team to do detailed circuit design, hardware/software integration, and detailed design qualification testing. The project includes many leading-edge technologies, including Advanced Telecom Architecture (ATCA) and Advanced Mezzanine Card (AMC), PCI Express, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet.  Experience with high-speed serial interfaces, careful attention to signal integrity, and design of Point-of-Load power supplies are important aspects of this project.


QualificationsRecent hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuit design, experience with point-of-load DC-DC power supplies, PCI Express, Gigabit Ethernet, DDR designs is a plus.Solid experience with design for signal integrityHands-on experience with Cadence Concept toolsFamiliarity with PCB layout processAbility to work effectively as a team memberKnowledge of ATCA and AMC specs is very desirableExperience with hardware/software integration, especially in a Linux environment, is desirableBSEE or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 5 years related experience
