IT Application Support Analyst

We are currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst for our downtown Minneapolis location.



We are looking for an individual with strong multi-tasking skills to become the leader in helpdesk support for all applications. This individual will also assist the business analysts in maintenance and clean-up activities for all applications.

Essential Job Functions


Work with the user community to assure accurate system utilization that offers the most efficient system/process flow




Support Applications Business Analysts in ongoing IT initiatives




Identify system deficiencies and report them to the appropriate Applications Business Analyst




Assist in testing system releases/upgrades




Create and maintain FAQ?s and documentation for all OSS applications





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


Able to work with confidential information in a professional manner




Knowledge of existing Telecommunication products a plus




Prior customer service experience would be beneficial





Education, Experience, and Essential Requirements


1-2 years Telecommunication industry experience would be beneficial




Experience with a current Telecommunication platform is a bonus




Past experience with Telecommunications applications is a plus
