Inbound Repair Rep

Our Inbound Repair representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls from technicians that are dispatched out at customers? sites who are having issues that are affecting their service. Inbound Repair Representatives are also responsible for responding to emails from other internal departments who are requesting status updates on customer issues as well as working closely with Repair Analysts on issues that have been escalated thru management.

Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Available 95% of scheduled workday to answer incoming technician phone calls.  Respond to internal customer requests and inquiries regarding repair issues.


2. Update database with accurate notes from technicians and provide them to the Repair Analyst for follow up with the customer.

 

3. Follow up with customers and account managers to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer.

 

4. Check updates using electronic systems and update internal database with notes from other carriers.


 
Mandatory/Minimum Requirements:

* 1+ years experience in the telecom industry and/or 2+ years in fast paced call center environment.

* Excellent PC skills including Windows, Word, Outlook and web-based applications. Typing skills are a must.

* Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written form.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Must work well both independently and in a group.

* Regular and punctual attendance.

 

* Must be aggressive, focused and possess the ability to resolve problems efficiently.

 

 Desirable:

* Flexible hours of work.

 

*Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter.

 

* Motivated team player who also has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
