Location of Positions
Will cover Philadelphia and Delaware Regions.  May also be required to travel to Maryland and DC.

Position Background:
This position focuses primarily on business installation and repair.

 

Job Description:

The major responsibilities of this position include:Basic installation and repair of data services Inside wiring for telephones, fax machines, modems, etc. Troubleshooting basic problems at customer sites, including, ISDN lines, T1 (and other data circuits) utilizing test equipment. Analyze test results and communicate to Team Lead or Senior Techs. Conducting customer site surveys and assisting sales with understanding the customer?s current applications and future needs.

 

Position Requirements:

 

Bachelors Degree preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecommunications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Advanced PC skills

POTS knowledge a plus

Clean driving record
