Interconnect Coordinator - Ft. Lauderdale & Maitland Florida

Interconnect Coordinator is responsible for ordering, project management, and escalation of interconnect elements as well as coordination of cell site interconnection and Trunk facilities installation. The candidate is also responsible of ensuring accurate and timely updating of all internal database systems required and used to track, order, install, and verify billing of all Telco services ordered and/or utilized.

The candidate is required to assist in maintaining data and accuracy for interconnect databases and to act as NHQ POC for NHQ databases at the area level.

1) Prior experience in coordinating circuit facility installation and processing ASR and other circuit order documents

2) Prior experience in assisting in interconnect tools and processes development and optimization

3) Prior experience in assisting in planning facility-based needs for private line and switch services

4) Prior experience in assist in designing and engineering long-haul transport network

5) Prior experience in processing NPA/NXX order documents

- Minimum Educational Qualifications - Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.

- Minimum Experience Qualifications - 1-3 years of related work experience.
