Manager of IP Customer Support Engineering & Product Management

The Position   A professional customer support engineering manager for a small Customer Support Engineering department as well as Product Management. The candidate will also take responsibility for all IP networking L3 - support calls for IP access pre & post sales.

 

The position is US ? Dallas, TX based and requires traveling within the US and / or other international countries as demanded (~ 50% of job time). Must be fluent in Spanish with English at mother tongue level. Ability to speak Hebrew a plus!Qualifications

 

?  B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, MBA/M.Sc. ? an advantage

?  5-7 years experience in product management in the field of communications

?  Ability to manage 1 to 4 team members

?  Experience building extensive competitive analysis

?  Strong technical background  in IP & VOIP

?  Experience in TDM telephony an advantage  

?  Experience in supporting customers in a high-tech environment

?  Experience providing remote technical support for IP access customers

?  Experience working under pressure & deadlines

?  Experience in providing pre sales engineering support to a reseller network and sales staff

?  Experience managing product usage, costs, and revenue targets

?  Ability to create go to market plans and strategies to achieve product objectives

?  Experience working with R&D to created MRDs, aiding in design, development, pricing, beta, and launch

?  Ability to generate all product documentation and training materials

?  Experience in hands on, installing, configuring and supporting IP networking equipment

?  Familiar with SIP & DPNSS principles and protocols

?  Detailed understanding of TCP/IP and IP networking principles

?  Experience in working with CRM/Support systems

?  Experience in wireless communication/networking market - an advantageExcellent English communication and presentation
