Market Director



NationalGrid Wirless, Inc.,  is seeking a Market Director to oversee its wireless telecommunications services group in the NY South Markets.  This position demands a proven market leader who will provide guidance and motivation to a multi-disciplinary wireless services team.

 

Individual must have a thorough working knowledge of the entire wireless site development process from acquisition to construction, a detailed understanding of carrier operational issues, a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure, and possess strong problem solving skills.  Primary job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

 

?  Assist in deployment of new telecommunications projects, including project development, staffing, training, scope review, pricing and customer relations;

?  Interview and evaluate potential project staff, as needed;

?  Interaction with customer?s deployment team to facilitate cooperation between various disciplines under the development team;

?  Periodic meetings with project staff to provide guidance and focus on project deliverables;

?  Management of project budgets, staffing issues, client deliverables and all electronic and paper files;

 

Candidates will have a minimum of five years direct experience with deploying wireless telecommunication sites and 7-10 years management experience.  Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong organizational skills, proven coaching and mentoring skills, a high level of integrity, confidence, and attention to details are all critical traits for this position.  Position will be based out of the greater NY South area.
