Location:National Communications Services vendor site:  Microsoft Redmond, WA Campus

 

Shift:    Daytime:  6am - 2:30pm or 7am - 3:30pm depending on site

 

Job Description:

 

The MAC Technicians perform daily telephony related Move, Add, Change and Delete requests.  They are responsible for monitoring Microsoft Service Enterprise for logs associated with their work area, and for ensuring that all-pertinent information is passed along to Teleinventory database personnel in an expedient manner.  Duties also include ensuring that their site inventory usage database is updated on a daily basis, monitoring cable plant capacity for growth, and maintaining conference room and common area phones in all Microsoft facilities in proper working order and appearance.  The MAC Technician participates in weekly MS-Project moves, and they need to be cross-trained on projects hardware duties in order to offer assistance in that area as workload dictates.
