NYC-Mid/Sr BA - Telecom

NYC-Mid/Sr BA - Telecom Position Description: Work closely with client stakeholders to complete deliverable tasks:

-Evaluation of previously documented processes for city agency
-Creation of current processes for another city agency
-Creation of future processes supporting the integration of of the two agencies into the City's 311 environment
-Requirements gathering for Phase 2 system development

Deliverables:
-DFTA Consolidation Future Process Flows including gaps identified, Implementation Plan
-Agency 2 Current Process Flows, Current Technical Environment Description, Future Process Flows & Implementation Plan for consolidation
-Phase 2 Future Business flows and Requirements Traceability Matrix for all business requirements gathered

Essential Skills Required:

-Solid business analysis skills
-Ability to work with client and CGI-AMS team to complete deliverables (leadership, client management)
-Solid writing/presentation skills

Nonessential Skills Desired:

-Knowledge of Public Sector Information and Referral processes
-Call Center experience
-Telecommunications experience

Hardware/Software Packages:

-Siebel CRM experience a plus
-Microsoft Office Suite
-Microsoft Visio
