Network Cable Installation Technician ? Omaha

We are currently looking for a Network Cable Installation Technician to join our team. This position involves support of our client in a medical equipment environment and requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience in data network cable installation. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of network cable installation, termination and testing, to include twisted pair, coax and fiber. Current knowledge of BICSI standards is a must and certification is preferred. Some knowledge of network hardware and software is a plus.

Candidate must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) and be a problem solver. Must be detail-oriented while able to see the big picture. Must possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Should be able to work with little or no supervision, but enjoy working as part of a team.

Position is based in Omaha but requires travel within the Midwest. Also requires professional appearance, attitude and laptop computer.
