Job Description:

Network Service SUPPORT - ?Must have telecom customer service experience ?Must have telephony experience such as DS0, T1, DS3, Private Line, Dedicated Voice Access .

?Must be able to calmly diffuse customers, then continuing to resolve their issues in a courteous and professional manner via the phone .

Skill Experience Need

1) Customer service Intermediate Required

2) Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Expert Required

3) Strong Voice Product (DVA,ISDN/PRI,PVL,) Knowledge Intermediate Required

4) Private Line Intermediate Required

5) Strong in Toll Free Services Intermediate Required

6) Circuits/Routers Intermediate Required
